Orangeries

Orangeries, so called because they were designed to allow cooler climate countries to grow citrus fruit, are fast becoming a popular alternative to the traditional conservatory or home extension.

More substantial in structure than a conservatory; an orangery tends to be built with more wood sections and include a semi solid roof which houses a beautiful roof lantern allowing the flow of natural light.

By nature of their structure, orangeries offer a versatile living space and can transform a family home providing a stunning kitchen diner, giving that much sought after ‘hub of the home’ or it could be a superb entertaining space with the ‘wow factor’.
